UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class packet post which can take between 1 and 3 days to reach you after it is despatched. This is not a tracked service. See below for alternative postage options.

For alternative, trackable or express delivery options and costs, please call our Customer Service Department on 020 8481 7200 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm), preferably before placing your order online.

Delivery Dates

We aim to process your order within two working days. Please note that our working days are Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm, and we do not process orders on weekends or UK Bank Holidays. So for instance, an order placed on our website over the weekend or on a Monday, should be despatched by Wednesday. Royal Mail 1st class packet post can then take between 1 and 3 days to reach you after your order is despatched.

Delivery dates, if given, are given in good faith as an indication of the estimated delivery time and are not a contractual obligation to deliver goods or to perform services at the time stated. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Orders made on our UK website can be shipped to addresses in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States and Vatican City. For other destinations, please call our Customer Service Department on +44 (0) 20 8481 7200 during UK office hours (Monday – Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm), or email music@outoftheark.com.

Customers in Australia should purchase from our website at www.outoftheark.com.au, and New Zealand at www.outoftheark.co.nz.

For alternative, trackable or express delivery options and costs, please call our Customer Service Department on +44 (0) 20 8481 7200 during UK office hours (Monday – Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm), before placing your order online. Additional charges will be made for AirSure and courier services. Orders being sent by these alternative methods will need to be placed by phone or email, and payment will be required before despatch. A pro forma invoice can be emailed to you for payment by bank transfer, Sterling or Euro cheque.

The time taken for delivery will then be dependent on the destination, the service chosen and the delivery service within that country.

For international orders, we are not responsible for any delays, confiscation or import duties imposed by local customs authorities. You must pay for those charges direct. If orders are not received, we may have to send your replacement order by secure courier, in which case you will be asked to pay the additional carriage costs.
