Your songs can be accessed through our Words on Screen™ player using the email and password you used to purchase Universal Access. Log into your account here.
Once you are logged in and can see your account dashboard you can choose to either stream online or access the Download Player. If you are accessing the Download Player you must click refresh in order to add your songs to the Player.
While you can share your Universal Access content via screen-sharing on Zoom or other digital platforms, your pupils will not be able to access Words On Screen™ directly from home. For more information, click here.
Universal Access is a 12 months access licence. You therefore do not need to purchase an extra licence for Universal Access. You can see a sample of the Universal Access Licence Agreement here.
It can take up to 48 hours for Universal Access to appear in your account (although we aim to get it to you sooner!). If you are using the downloaded version of your Words on Screen™ Player you will need to click the refresh button.

In order to search for a song you must be in the All Songs section of your Words on Screen™ Player.
Once in the All Songs section you can use the search bar to search for the song you are looking for. The search function will look for lyrics that include your search word as well as song titles.
To find the eSongbook you are looking for, you must be in the All eSongbooks section. You can then scroll through to find the eSongbook you are looking for.
You cannot use the search bar to search for a particular eSongbook.

We have created a number of curated eSongbooks specifically for Universal Access customers that cover various topics, such as Establishing Routines and Relationships & Belonging. When you are in the eSongbooks tab just look for these eSongbook covers.
We have created Song Pathways to help you find your way around our huge catalogue of resources available in Universal Access. Within each pathway and year group we have suggested two or three songs to help get you started.
Music activities can be found in the Songs For EVERY series, Spring Assembly Songs and Summer Assembly Songs. In order to access the music activities, make sure you are in the All eSongbooks tab and search for the eSongbook you require. Once you are in the eSongbook you will see a link on the left-hand-side for the music activities.
Alternatively, the music activity for any song that has one available can be found in the Song Extras tab underneath the selected song on the bottom-right if the player.
Assembly Plans can be found in Spring Assembly Songs and Summer Assembly Songs. In order to access the assembly plans, make sure you are in the All eSongbooks tab and search for the eSongbook you require. Once you are in the eSongbook you will see a link on the left-hand-side for the assembly plans.

No. Universal Access allows you to use the songs in your Words on Screen™ player but you are not permitted to download the MP3s of the songs. Should you wish to do this you will need to purchase the eSongbook individually.
