For international orders, we are not responsible for any delays, confiscation or import duties imposed by local customs authorities. You must pay for those charges direct. If orders are not received, we may have to send your replacement order by secure courier, in which case you will be asked to pay the additional carriage costs.
Delivery dates, if given, are given in good faith as an indication of the estimated delivery time and are not a contractual obligation by us to deliver goods or to perform services at the time stated. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

International Business Tracked cannot be used to send items to BFPO addresses.
The additional charge for this service is £6.00, to be added to the charges listed under ‘Standard Airmail Service’ above.
Royal Mail track all International Business Tracked items until they leave the UK. The item is then handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item, where it should continue to be tracked until delivery. When your mail is delivered, the item should be electronically scanned by the postal operative delivering it to confirm it has arrived. A signature is not taken, but an electronic delivery confirmation is used to update Royal Mail’s tracking tool.
International Business Tracked is generally a day faster than standard Airmail. Royal Mail’s delivery aims are:

For delivery by courier service please call our Customer Service Department on +44 (0) 20 8481 7200 during UK office hours (Monday – Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm), before placing your order online. Additional charges will be made for courier services. Orders to be sent by this method will need to be placed by phone or email, and payment will be required before despatch. A pro forma invoice can be emailed to you for payment by bank transfer, Sterling or Euro cheque or credit card.
