JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Full-time Role: 5 days per week, based either remotely or at our office in Hampton
Start date: Immediate start

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support our wider design team across our Publishing, Marketing and Development, Education & Partnerships departments. Working with our Designer and Creative Lead you will be producing effective and engaging design across a broad range of projects including physical product (book & CD), marketing, advertising, web and social media. You will be eager to learn and develop your design skills, whilst bringing ideas, energy and enthusiasm to any design task you are involved with. You will be confident about your design choices and be able to communicate them to team members. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to produce work to required deadlines and will be happy to communicate progress.
If you love colourful design, have a keen eye for detail, are organised, practical and creative, or you are an illustrator who is keen to expand your skillset, this could be the job for you!
You will have one to two years of relevant experience in a design role, or a Design Graduate with an upper-class degree.
You will be an excellent communicator and have some experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop, and will be eager to learn more!
You will have an appreciation of good typography.
Sketch and After Effects skills are a bonus but not essential.
