ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Development, Education and Partnerships (DEP) Team

Part-time: Permanent, 12 hours a week, ideally Monday to Thursday each week.

Start date: March/April 2024.

Salary: Dependent upon experience and qualifications. Request on application.

Responsible to: Antony Copus (Head of Development, Education and Partnerships)

Location: Your official place of work is our offices in Hampton, but this role can be performed entirely or partially remotely.

Purpose and Summary
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the DEP team. The role involves effective communication, administration, and collaboration with music hubs,teacher training organisations, and other partners, providing administrative help in managing tasks related to bespoke collection projects, new partnerships, SCITT responsibilities, and discount codes etc.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Music Hub Partnerships:
  • Assist with administration of hub discounts.
  • Communicate updates and usage to Hubs.
  • Extend free trials and promote Sparkyard Subscriptions.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain CRM data.
SCITT (teacher training) Programme:
  • Ensure workshop leaders have necessary materials.
  • Oversee workshop collections in Sparkyard and workshop bookings.
  • Book sessions, invoice providers, and collect materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the Early Career Teacher programme.
Workshop Programme:
  • Promote workshops during partner conversations.
  • Collect and file evaluation forms.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Social Media Assistant.
Other DEP Team Tasks:
  • Provide administrative assistance where needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams (online meeting software).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
